At TIRAVA JEWELRY, we are committed to ensuring that your precious purchases reach you safely, securely, and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures and your responsibilities in the shipping process. This policy applies to all products purchased for delivery within India.

2. Shipping Scope
Currently, we offer shipping to most serviceable pin codes within India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations at this time. We reserve the right to decline shipping to certain high-risk locations.

3. Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for available items will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Custom and Made-to-Order Items: The time required to create custom jewelry will be communicated to you at the time of placing the order. The processing time mentioned above will apply once the item is ready for dispatch.

4. Shipping Partners and Delivery Time

  • Secure Logistics: To ensure the safety of your high-value items, we have partnered with trusted and secure courier services specializing in the transport of precious goods, such as Blue Dart, Sequel Logistics, or Malca-Amit.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

    • Other Cities/Towns: 4-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Disclaimer: These are estimated delivery times. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or transport strikes. We will not be liable for such delays but will do our best to assist in tracking your package.

5. Shipping Costs and Insurance

  • Fully Insured Shipments: Your peace of mind is our priority. Every item shipped from TIRAVA JEWELRY is fully insured from the moment it leaves our premises until it is delivered to your doorstep. You bear no risk of loss or damage during transit.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • We offer free, fully insured shipping on all orders above a specified value. This value will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

    • For orders below this value, a standard shipping fee will be applied. This fee will be transparently displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Packaging and Security
All jewelry is packaged in our signature TIRAVA JEWELRY boxes and then placed in a durable, tamper-proof, and discreet outer packaging. We do not mark the package as containing jewelry to ensure its security during transit.

7. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and/or an SMS containing the tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment in real-time.

8. Receiving Your Order – IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure a secure delivery, please follow these instructions carefully:

  • Signature Required: All shipments require a signature and may require a One-Time Password (OTP) verification from the person accepting the package. Please ensure an authorized adult is available at the delivery address.

  • Inspect the Package: Before signing for the delivery, please carefully inspect the condition of the package.

  • Do Not Accept if Damaged: If you find that the package is damaged, opened, or appears to have been tampered with in any way, DO NOT accept the delivery. Please refuse the shipment and contact our customer service team immediately.

  • Unboxing Video: For your security and to facilitate any potential claims, we highly recommend that you record a continuous, uncut video of yourself opening the package, starting from the sealed outer packaging.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. TIRAVA JEWELRY is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.

10. Policy Amendments
TIRAVA JEWELRY reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated appropriately.
