At TIRAVA JEWELRY, your satisfaction and trust are the cornerstones of our business. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. This policy is designed to be transparent and fair, providing you with clear options if you wish to return, exchange, or sell back your purchase.

1. General Conditions for All Returns and Exchanges
For a product to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must meet the following criteria:

The request must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.

• The product must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, with no signs of wear, damage, scratches, or resizing.

• The product must be accompanied by the original invoice, all original packaging, and any certificates (e.g., authenticity, diamond grading reports).

• The original security tag or label must be intact and attached to the product.

Please Note: Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you wanted. However, due to the nature of our high-value products, our policy is as follows:

• No Cash Refunds: TIRAVA JEWELRY does not offer cash or credit/debit card refunds on any purchased items.

• Refund in Case of Manufacturing Defect: The only exception is in the rare event that a product has a genuine manufacturing defect. If a defect is confirmed by our quality assurance team upon inspection, you will be offered a choice of a full refund to your original mode of payment, a replacement with the same product, or store credit of equivalent value.

3. Exchange Policy
We offer a straightforward exchange policy for your convenience.

• Eligibility: Products meeting the "General Conditions" stated in Section 1 are eligible for a one-time exchange within 14 days of purchase.

• Valuation: The product will be valued at its original invoice price for the exchange.

• Process:

  • You may exchange your item for any other product available in our store.

  • If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

  • If the new item is of a lower value, the remaining balance will be issued to you as a Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases and does not have an expiry date. No cash will be returned in this case.

4. Lifetime Buy-Back Policy
We stand by the value of our creations and are pleased to offer a lifetime buy-back option on all jewelry purchased from TIRAVA JEWELRY.

• Eligibility: This policy is applicable to all gold and diamond jewelry. Original invoice and certificates are mandatory to avail this offer.

• Valuation: The buy-back value is calculated based on the prevailing market rate of precious metals and stones on the day of the buy-back transaction.

• Calculation:

  • For Gold Jewelry: The buy-back value will be based on the current weight and purity of the gold, after deducting applicable taxes and processing charges. Please note that making charges and taxes paid at the time of purchase are not refundable.

  • For Diamond/Gemstone Jewelry: The value of the diamonds/gemstones will be determined after inspection by our certified gemologists. The final buy-back value will be based on the prevailing market rate for the metal, less the value of the stones and any applicable deductions.

• Payment: The buy-back amount will be paid via bank transfer or cheque, subject to company policy.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Buy-Back
The following items are considered final sale and are not covered by this policy:

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

• Engraved items.

• Products that have been resized, modified, or repaired by any party other than TIRAVA JEWELRY.

• Items returned without the original invoice, packaging, or certificates.

6. The Final Decision
All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and buy-backs will be made after a thorough quality inspection of the product by the TIRAVA JEWELRY quality assurance team. The decision of TIRAVA JEWELRY management shall be final and binding.
