These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of products and use of services from TIRAVA JEWELRY, located at First Floor, 4-1-349, Post Office Road, Tower Circle, Karimnagar, Telangana, 505001. By engaging in a transaction with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By placing an order, making a purchase, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

3. Products and Pricing

• Product Information: We make every effort to display our products, including their colors, specifications, and details, as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance may vary slightly. All jewelry is subject to availability.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

• Gold and Diamond Prices: Prices for gold and diamond jewelry are subject to market fluctuations. The final price will be based on the rates prevailing at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time without prior notice.

• Hallmarking and Certification: All our gold jewelry is BIS hallmarked to guarantee its purity. Diamonds and other precious gemstones may be accompanied by a certificate from a recognized gemological laboratory, the details of which will be provided at the time of sale.

4. Orders and Payment

• Order Placement: An order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and acknowledged by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other authorized payment gateways. For high-value transactions, providing a PAN card is mandatory as per government regulations.

• Advance and Custom Orders: For custom-designed or made-to-order jewelry, a non-refundable advance payment is required. The estimated delivery time for such orders will be communicated at the time of order placement. Full payment must be completed before the final delivery of the product.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• In-Store Pickup: You can collect your purchased items directly from our store during business hours. Please present a valid ID and the original invoice for verification.

• Shipping (if applicable): If we offer shipping services, all orders will be dispatched to the address provided by you. We will use reputable courier services and all shipments will be fully insured. A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier company or circumstances beyond our control.

• Inspection upon Delivery: You are advised to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting the delivery. If the package appears to be damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Buy-Back Policy
Our policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and are subject to the terms detailed in your purchase invoice. The general terms are as follows:

• Return Policy: Products, once sold, can only be exchanged or returned subject to our policy. Returns may be accepted within a specified period (e.g., 7 days) from the date of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all original tags, certificates, and the invoice. Custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return.

• Exchange Policy: You may exchange your product for another product of the same or higher value. The value of the returned item for exchange will be determined after a quality check by our team.

• Buy-Back Policy: We offer a buy-back option on our jewelry. The buy-back value will be calculated based on the prevailing market rates of precious metals and stones, and after deducting applicable charges, as detailed on your invoice or as per company policy at the time.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and content associated with TIRAVA JEWELRY are the exclusive intellectual property of SRIRAMOJU SRIKAR (trading as TIRAVA JEWELRY). Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs or brand assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIRAVA JEWELRY (including its proprietor, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products or services. Our total liability in any matter arising out of a transaction shall be limited to the purchase price of the product paid by you.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TIRAVA JEWELRY and its proprietor harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and all transactions with TIRAVA JEWELRY shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karimnagar, Telangana.

11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version at our store or on our official communication channels. Your continued transactions with us following any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
